Description:
- Position: Esthetician (Part-time to start, with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.)
- Compensation: Hourly pay + service commission + retail commission (Averages between $25 - $50 per hour)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Waxing & Laser for both Women & Men
- Performing superior Waxing & Laser Services
- Product sales
- Building Clientele
- Maintaining a clean and organized work space
Requirements:
- Esthetics, Waxing or Medical Aesthetics Certificate
- At least 6 months experience in performing full body waxing and laser (threading experience is a plus)
- Product sales experience
- A positive attitude
- Able to communicate effectively
- Be a team player
- Have a passion for waxing and laser
- Able to work with others in a fun, fast-paced environment
