Senior Recruitment Consultant, Digital

We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to help support the growth and transformation of our digital team by finding the industries best talent. This role will be based in our downtown Toronto office and will be an integral part of our talent acquisition team. We are looking for a recruitment expert who is passionate and driven to find the best digital talent. You will utilize various sourcing techniques including leveraging employee referrals, building a social media presence, networking, hosting events or meet ups, and other best practices to build your network and promote Rogers as a great place to work for digital talent.

What we are looking for:
Someone who is proactive and enthusiastic about finding the best talent. We'll depend on you to determine and implement effective and innovative techniques and tools for sourcing and hiring top talent.
Someone who can engage with potential talent by building a social media community, hosting open houses, attending networking events, leveraging campus recruiting initiatives, and encouraging and communicating the employee referral program.
A savvy recruiter with an eye for talent when reviewing profiles, meeting candidates, screening resumes; you will dig deep in telephone screens and face to face interviews to hone in on critical technical skills. You will promote the Rogers Digital brand to potential new hires and will keep an active pipeline of candidates.
A relationship builder. You enjoy being a part of a dynamic team, and proactively finding solutions to get things done. You will partner with our digital business leaders and our HR Business Partner team to deliver top-notch talent that will have a high impact on their business. The partnerships and teamwork you create will be invaluable to the success of this role. You will build relationships with the digital team and will be a valued member of their support team.

What you have:
University Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
5+ years of recruitment experience in a corporate environment preferably with a focus in IT, Technology, or Digital.
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
Demonstrated ability to source candidates using a variety of sourcing channels and networking.
A strong presence on LinkedIn and other social channels.
Experience organizing and leading networking events.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to deal with business leaders at all levels.
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment coupled with a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
A high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-up while managing confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive information.
Willing to work flexible hours to attend events outside of business hours.
