Summary
-We are seeking a Class 1 Truck Driver for approximately 7-10 days. This role is vital in transporting materials and equipment safely and efficiently, supporting our mission to deliver high-quality construction projects. The position offers an opportunity to be part of a company that values integrity, safety, and community impact.
Responsibilities
- Operate Class 1 truck and pup to transport topsoil
- Ensure all deliveries are completed safely and on time.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations.
- Collaborate with site managers to coordinate delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries and vehicle logs.
- Support the team in maintaining a safe work environment.
- Qualifications
- Valid Class 1 driver’s license.
- Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably within construction or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Good communication skills and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading tasks.
- Must be able to pass drug and alcohol testing
Pay: $48.00 per hour
