The successful candidate will possess a Master of Social Work degree and be registered and a member in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. Proven experience in Social Work with geriatric clients, knowledge of the aging process and knowledge of geriatric care issues is an asset. The ability to provide culturally competent services to clients of diverse ethno-racial and cultural backgrounds is essential and experience working in a multi-system, inter-professional environment is an asset. Excellent leadership, organizational, interpersonal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment are also essential. Computer skills, including word processing, electronic communication and workload measurement are essential. Bilingualism (French/English) or proficiency in a second language would be an asset.

Salary Range: $40.25-$54.24/hour
