Pro-Tech Cleaning is an established, independently owned company specializing in commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning and furnace & duct cleaning throughout Lloydminster and surrounding Alberta and Saskatchewan communities.
This position is based in Lloydminster, a growing city on the Alberta/Saskatchewan border with a strong economy, short commutes, and a significantly lower cost of living than many larger centres. Temporary accommodation may be available for the right candidate.
We have an established customer base, active demand, and immediate work available. We are looking for the right person to lead and direct a two-person crew servicing commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning and furnace & duct cleaning customers throughout the region.
This is not an entry-level position. Applicants with commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning experience will receive priority consideration. We are also interested in candidates with pressure washing, HVAC, industrial cleaning, furnace and duct cleaning, or related trades experience.
The ideal candidate can work with minimal supervision, communicate professionally with customers, solve problems independently, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Commercial kitchen exhaust system and hood vent cleaning Furnace and duct cleaning
Operating pressure washing and specialized cleaning equipment Towing and manoeuvring trailers
Working directly with commercial and residential customers Leading and directing a two-person crew
Completing work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver’s licence Comfortable towing and manoeuvring a trailer
Fluent English communication skills Strong attention to detail
Professional attitude and appearance Able to lead and direct a two-person crew with minimal supervision
Comfortable working evenings, nights, weekends, and overnight shifts Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and varying weather conditions
Able to perform physically demanding work Comfortable working safely at heights when required
ASSETS
- Commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning experience Pressure washing experience
HVAC experience Furnace and duct cleaning experience
Industrial cleaning experience Construction or trades experience
Experience operating commercial equipment and trailers
