FCL invites applications for the position of JDE Security and UX Analyst in our Home Office located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

This role is responsible for supporting security requirements for JD Edwards Enterprise One (JDE E1). This includes the design and governance of an enterprise wide security model for JDE E1 and its related interfaces, databases, and infrastructure. The role will liaise with Business SME’s and Functional Analysts to administrate the security and UX strategy. The role will also collaborate with governing bodies’ internally and externally to meet compliance and audit requirements.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Applications Manager JDE, responsibilities for this position include the following:

Ensure JDE Security design adheres to corporate information security policies, privacy policies, segregation of duties, and relevant legislative requirements. Facilitate cross functional discussions to arrive at accepted Enterprise security solutions. Conduct security reviews as needed and create comprehensive security review processes of user access and system roles. Execute the design, testing, and governance for internal security, integration and interface security with consultation and approval of access designs from Senior Manager when required. Database integration and access, including role design, access review and approval when required. Educate security stakeholders on processes and procedures. Ensure overall security of JDE E1 System.
Responsible for the design of JDE E1 interfaces to promote usability within the platform. Ensure modules are effective and practical for end users. Build, promote, and deploy and communicate enhancements and upgrades for end users in relation to user experience tools and security. Ensures the integrity of the responsible domain.
Provide users with appropriate JDE access and 3rd party tools through approval and testing processes. Grant user access and assign appropriate roles, user profile generation, role changes, password resets, developing framework, issue troubleshooting, menu design, E1 page design and UX page design while maintaining production and development environments for the domain. In addition, maintains test accounts where applicable.
Liaise with project groups, create procedures and processes, maintain scripts and test scenarios. Keep updated on third party software updates, tools, and enhancements.
Establish detailed test plans and security processes to ensure security standards.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a Degree in Computer Science, Business, or other related area and 5-8 years’ experience in applications support or development and UX design, including 3-5 years’ experience with JDE Enterprise One. Direct experience with installation and upgrades of technical tool set 9.0 or higher preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with project or upgrade experience. JDE E1 Security training and/or CNC certification.

A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
