ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our Manufacturing team.
This role is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, monitoring production quality, auditing finished products, and ensuring customers receive products that meet Suncoast Built's standards. They take pride in finding problems before customers do and are comfortable holding all departments accountable to quality standards.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Inspect completed products and shipments to ensure accuracy, quality standards, and defect tracking.
- Conduct production audits and measurements to ensure compliance with procedures, tolerances, and workmanship standards.
- Inspect incoming materials and supplier deliveries for quality, accuracy, and recurring issues.
- Monitor coating processes, perform quality testing, and maintain testing documentation.
- Track quality performance and support corrective actions to reduce defects and improve processes.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Ability to read measurements and use inspection tools.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and confidence to address quality concerns.
- Experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, fabrication, or production environments is considered an asset.
