Job Title: Precast Installer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Precast Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing precast concrete elements efficiently and accurately, ensuring they meet safety standards and project specifications. Role Summary
The Precast Installer is responsible for the safe and accurate installation of precast concrete components at project sites. This role requires technical skill, teamwork, and adherence to safety and quality standards to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Install precast concrete components in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and site plans
- Assist with rigging, lifting, alignment, and securing of precast elements
- Work closely with crane operators, supervisors, and crew members to ensure safe lifts and installations
- Inspect components for quality and report any deficiencies or damage
- Follow site-specific safety plans, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding progress, challenges, or safety concerns
- Perform other related duties as required to support project completion
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in precast installation, construction, or related trade work
- Ability to read basic drawings or installation plans (or willingness to learn)
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices
- Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments
- Valid driver’s license and /or ability to travel to job sites as required
Working Conditions
- Outdoor, site-based work in varying weather conditions
- Physical demands including lifting, climbing, and working at heights
- Use of PPE and compliance with site safety requirements
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
