Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building customer relationships, driving sales, and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-office role with significant field activity—you'll engage with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings, while also attending trade shows and industry events across Canada and select U.S. territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct field visits to client sites, distributors, and stores to build relationships and drive sales.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring exceptional customer service at every step.
- Identify and qualify leads through research and collaboration with the marketing team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Attend and represent Prima Pack Inc. at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles (1–3 years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot required) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel at least 25% for trade shows, client visits, and company events.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- [Preferred]: Experience selling to the Construction/Landscaping Industry.
