As an HR Generalist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support. You will be responsible for many aspects of HR including onboarding, talent acquisition, change management, employee relations, policy interpretation, compilation of information and data analysis.
You will report directly to our HR Director and you will work out of our Mississauga, Ontario office. It is a 1 year fixed term contract.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by driving employee engagement, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting the development and retention of our talented workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in HR projects by:
- Updating and maintaining data files and project plans as per timelines
- Preparing HR related documents, such as employment offers, onboarding documents, training presentations etc.
- Collaborate with HR team to analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Assist in various HR related activities: Talent Acquisition, Talent Development
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objections
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR Policies and procedures.
You Must Have
- Completed post-secondary education

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in an HR Generalist role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with HR systems and tools
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

- Strong MS Office skills.
