Part-Time Licensing Clerk

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process vehicle licensing and registration transactions accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and submit documentation for new and used vehicle deliveries
- Verify vehicle files for completeness and compliance with manufacturer and provincial requirements
- Maintain organized records and filing systems for licensing and registration documentation
- Coordinate with sales, accounting and management teams to ensure timely vehicle deliveries
- Communicate with licensing offices and external agencies as required
- Assist with dealer trades, plate transfers and vehicle inventory documentation
- Other administrative duties as requested by management
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of related administrative or dealership experience preferred
- Previous automotive licensing or registration experience considered a strong asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with various computer software programs and dealership systems
- Professional communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Most important of all, a great attitude and a willingness to continually learn
- Bilingualism is not required but is a strong asset
