Eagles Nest Golf Club is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Assistant Facilities & Housekeeping Manager to help lead the cleanliness, presentation, and day-to-day upkeep of our premier golf club and affiliated properties. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong housekeeping leadership experience who takes pride in maintaining high standards and creating exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily housekeeping operations throughout the clubhouse, locker rooms, dining areas, event spaces, offices, and guest facilities
- Ensure all areas are consistently clean, organized, and maintained to a high standard
- Supervise and support housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Coordinate cleaning coverage for weddings, banquets, tournaments, and special events
- Conduct regular facility inspections and address cleanliness or maintenance concerns promptly
- Manage housekeeping supplies, inventory, and cleaning equipment
- Support light facilities maintenance and coordinate repairs with contractors and service providers as needed
- Assist with upkeep of additional facilities including on-course washrooms, rain shelters, and other support buildings
- Maintain safe work practices and proper chemical handling procedures
- Support the Facilities Manager with operational projects and general property upkeep
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in housekeeping, hospitality, facilities, or building operations
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and lead by example
- Comfortable working in a physically active role, including lifting and manual tasks
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as required in the hospitality industry
- Experience in golf club, hotel, banquet, or resort environments is considered an asset
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license required
