Position Overview
We are currently looking for a Parts Shipper and Receiver to join our team at CSN Turpin Capital Collision.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully verify part accuracy and/or freight damages. Billing all labour credits or returns accordingly.
Inform the Production Manager immediately when damaged or inaccurate parts are received so it is reordered.
Label each part with the appropriate repair order number or part label to simplify the identification and return process when necessary.
Store parts in appropriate storage areas until the production manager asks for them to be delivered to the technician
Fill and identify parts cart according to standard and deliver to technicians when required
Maintain a complete inventory of the necessary nuts, bolts, clips, fasteners, and specialty items
Conduct regular maintenance of the parts room in a neat, clean and organized manner
Daily check of all returns, deliveries, and back ordered parts
- Maintain company and OEM quality standards
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient operations
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1 year experience with automotive parts is preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong communication skills
Work Environment & Schedule
- Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Physical requirements: bending and lifting
