Our sales team handles all lead generation and appointment setting, so you can focus entirely on what you do best: presenting, overcoming objections, and closing.

Attend pre-set, in-home sales consultations with pre-qualified homeowners within your region
Average 3–4 booked appointments per day, scheduled between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Deliver compelling product presentations and close deals on the first visit
Clearly communicate product options, pricing, available incentives, and financing
Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
Submit signed agreements and required documentation for processing
Minimum 2 years of HVAC sales experience (in-home closing strongly preferred)
Background in related industries — solar, roofing, windows, or home improvement — also considered
Strong negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills
Valid driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment
Experience with CRM platforms or digital contract tools is an asset
This is a 100% commission role with no earnings cap and unlimited income potential.
10% commission on net sale value per closed deal
