Job Description
Join us as an IT Support Specialist and become the go-to expert for our office, manufacturing, and warehouse teams! In this role, you'll provide top-notch technical support and guidance to ensure seamless operations in our dynamic work environments; take charge of installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a wide range of systems and devices, including computers, printers, and software applications; and collaborate with a global technology team to safeguard and enhance the security and reliability of our IT infrastructure.
What You'll Do:

Provide technical support and assistance to Winnipeg staff via phone, tickets or in person across 4 manufacturing sites.

Provide both user and systems support to such services/systems as: shop-floor control, RFID, barcode scanners, Pattern/Marker making (Gerber Accumark), inventory, and logistics systems.

Configure and support barcoding and thermal printing technologies.

Record, track and escalate incidents, requests, tasks and problems using ServiceNow.

Manage user onboarding and offboarding requirements and tasks for assigned site.

Configure and image workstations, setup tablets, and cell phone devices as required.

Manage and support Audio/Visual conferencing technologies.

Perform security and operating system updates, software deployment and troubleshooting.

Coordinate and collaborate with global and local Technology team members on issues requiring escalation (Enterprise Applications, Operations, Infrastructure and Cybersecurity).

Assist in site builds, moves, and upgrades.

Provide exceptional service to all departments using available resources while meeting set SLA’s.

Document technical procedures for new technologies and maintain existing documentation.

Assist in special projects in assigned manufacturing site and participate in IT Support initiatives globally.
Qualifications
Let's Talk About You:

A post-secondary education in Information Technology or equivalent
-
Certification in ITIL, CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, or other relevant IT fields is preferred
-
3+ years of IT support experience in manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution facilities with exposure to manufacturing and logistics equipment such as barcode and RFID scanners, plotters, and pattern cutting machines.

3+ years experience supporting Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint Online, Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory, Teams, Windows 10/11, Meeting rooms, Mobile operating systems such as iOS and Android.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
