We're looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Crew Leader / Foreman to lead by example and work alongside a skilled construction crew to build high-quality landscape projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, productivity, and developing their team.

Schedule
- April-November: Monday-Friday
- Daily start time: 6:30 AM
- 45-55 hours per week during construction season
Yard Location: 15676 McCowan Road, Stouffville, ON
About the Role
You will lead a landscape construction crew while actively working alongside your team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll be responsible for maintaining productivity, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Project Types Include
- Excavation and grading
- Interlock patios, walkways, and driveways
- Natural stone and precast retaining walls and steps
- Poolscapes
- Pergolas, decks, and fencing
- Sodding and softscape installation
Qualifications Required
- 3+ years of experience as a Landscape Construction Crew Leader or Foreman
- Ability to lead a crew while actively participating in daily construction activities
- Ability to build landscape projects from start to finish
- Experience operating skid steers and mini excavators
- Ability to read and interpret landscape construction plans
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid Class G Driver's Licence

- AR Licence
- Experience leading larger crews
- Experience with advanced hardscape installations
