Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves handling inquiries, processing data entry tasks, and promoting our products and services through effective communication. The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in maintaining positive relationships and supporting the overall success of our organization.
Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution
- Perform accurate data entry to update customer accounts and transaction records
- Conduct analysis of customer feedback and interactions to identify opportunities for service improvement
- Engage in sales activities including upselling relevant products or services to enhance customer experience
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and meet departmental goals
- Safely drive and park vehicles in designated parking spots
- Contribute to cleaning tasks when necessary being both detail oriented and efficient
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles, with strong communication skills in English
- Valid unrestricted Canadian drivers license
- Demonstrated ability in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analysis skills to interpret customer feedback and identify trends or issues
- Knowledge of sales techniques, including upselling strategies, to promote products effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with multilingual communication is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
