We are seeking a Front Counter Parts and Sales Associate to join our busy Squamish store. The ideal candidate will be interested in learning about the Lawn and Garden industry, making sure customers are taken care of and finding the tools for the job.
Position Details:
· Helping customers in person and on the phone
· Write up workorders and provide details on repairs needed for customers goods
· Look up diagrams as needed to get the right parts ordered
· Receiving and allocating goods and parts for customers’ orders
· Helping customers load and unload products
· Provide general help around the store and shop as needed
Job Qualifications:
· A desire to expand knowledge in the Lawn and Garden Industry
· Self-motivated, wanting to keep busy and finding things to do
· Strong Computer and communication Skills
· Friendly and personable customer service manners
· Experience with small engines, outdoor power equipment, automotive parts, or a similar industry
