Job Overview
We are seeking a professional AZ Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves operating commercial trucks to transport freight safely and efficiently across various routes. The ideal candidate will have experience in freight delivery, possess strong driving skills, and be capable of handling heavy equipment and automotive repairs when necessary. Responsibilities
- Safely operate AZ licensed commercial trucks to deliver freight to designated locations
- Load and unload freight using forklift or other heavy equipment as needed
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery schedules and issues
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting if required during routes
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during operations
Requirements
- Valid AZ Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Experience in commercial driving, freight transportation, or related fields
- Ability to operate forklift and heavy equipment safely
- Knowledge of automotive repair or basic troubleshooting skills preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks including lifting and operating heavy machinery
- Reliable transportation to reach the starting point of routes
- Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance
Pay: $20.05-$36.56 per hour
