Boss Plumbing Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service & Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team.
This position plays a critical role in supporting our service operations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, coordinating technician schedules, processing payments, managing permits and documentation, and maintaining organized records that keep our business running efficiently.
This role also serves as a key backup to our primary office administrator, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, staying organized, and helping a team succeed.

Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
- Answer incoming phone calls and customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician dispatching.
- Communicate with customers regarding appointments, job status, and follow-up requirements.
Service Coordination
- Assist in planning and scheduling daily service work.
- Support field technicians by ensuring they have the information needed to complete their jobs successfully.
- Monitor scheduling changes and adjust priorities as required.
- Help maintain efficient workflows between office staff and field personnel.
Administrative Support
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and submit permits and documentation to municipal authorities.
- Organize digital and physical records to ensure information is easy to locate and retrieve.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician dispatching.
- Communicate with customers regarding appointments, job status, and follow-up requirements.
- Maintain a positive and professional customer experience on every interaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative, scheduling, dispatching, customer service, or office coordination role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
