Nature's Expression is a Canadian B2B wholesale distributor with nearly 40 years in the market, supplying independent retailers across the country with natural minerals, crystals, gifts, and wellness products. We're growing and looking for a driven Sales Account Manager to own and expand an established Eastern Canada territory.
What you'll do
- Manage and grow an existing book of wholesale retail accounts, meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Build strong account relationships through regular outreach, product knowledge, and responsive service
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory
- Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline, track activity, and report on progress
- Travel to your territory a few times per year for in-person account visits and relationship building
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on promotions, new launches, and customer feedback
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of B2B territory sales or wholesale account management experience
- Demonstrated ability to grow a territory and hit targets
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-managed and organized — comfortable owning a territory independently
- CRM experience and comfort with sales reporting
- Genuine interest in our product category is a plus
The details
- Based out of our Richmond, BC office; hybrid schedule (1–2 days WFH once established)
- Full in-office training period to start
- $60,000–$120,000 OTE (base + commission); training wage provided
- Travel to Eastern Canada a few times annually
