Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Guitar Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music education and a genuine love for working with children and adults. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that fosters the development of each Student's music skills. The Teacher will be responsible for planning engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and collaborating with parents to support their child's growth when working with younger children.
Duties
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies accordingly
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and successes
- Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and improve instructional methods
Experience
- Proven experience in guitar teaching, particularly with children, in a range of music styles
- Experience working with children in various capacities, demonstrating patience and understanding
- Familiarity with educational tools and resources that support diverse learning needs
