4 of Kind Stair & Floor Supply is a Vaughan-based supplier of hardwood flooring and stair components, serving contractors, builders, and homeowners across the GTA. We’re growing our installation team and looking for skilled tradespeople to join us.
The Role
We’re hiring Flooring Installers and Stair Builders to work on residential and commercial projects across the GTA. Whether your background is in hardwood flooring, stair construction, or both, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Install hardwood flooring and/or build and install stair components on job sites
- Read and work from plans, layouts, and specifications
- Measure, cut, fit, and finish materials to a high standard
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
- Communicate with clients, site supervisors, and the team as needed
- Take pride in quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in flooring installation and/or stair building is required
- Beyond that, we’re open — bring your own tools if you have them, or let’s talk
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in the finished product
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a crew
