Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution
- Perform accurate data entry to update customer records and transaction details
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to promote additional products or services
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company offerings to provide informed assistance
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow up as needed to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and resolve complex issues efficiently
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in both English , including phone etiquette and active listening
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy and knowledge of Protractor would be great
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is preferred
- Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
