Summary
Diamond sushi is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team in Canada. This role is based in our vibrant restaurant located in the city, where you will play a key part in delivering outstanding service and authentic Japanese cuisine to our valued guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with professionalism and warmth.
- Assist in food and beverage preparation to ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Handle food safely and follow hygiene standards.
- Support team members in daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service experiences.
- Manage food handling procedures responsibly.
- Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to quality.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant or food service roles.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in food preparation or food handling is preferred.
- Hospitality background is an asset.
- Previous barista experience is a plus but not required.
