Position Overview
We are seeking a Facilitator to conduct workshops in elementary schools specifically with K4/5 kindergarten classes. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, effective classroom management capabilities, and the ability to lead small groups.
Responsibilities:
· Implement and maintain effective behavioral management strategies to create a conducive learning environment.
· Lead small group sessions to foster an interactive and supportive learning atmosphere.
· Animate groups focusing on supporting social skills.
· Exhibit strong time management skills to ensure the efficient execution of program sessions.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Minimum of a CEGEP Diploma in a field related to early childhood
· Experience working with at young children a major asset.
· Bilingualism is required - Communication skills (both written and oral).
· Team player; strong interpersonal skills; able to work independently, yet in great collaboration with colleagues.
