We, a busy store fixture manufacturing company in Mississauga, is looking for an experienced Powder Painter to join their production team. This is a full-time opportunity for a dependable individual who takes pride in producing high-quality finishes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate powder coating spray equipment safely and efficiently.
- Set up and adjust air pressure and powder flow on spray guns for optimal application.
- Apply powder coating to parts on a moving conveyor paint line.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous powder coating or powder painting experience is required.
- Ability to consistently produce a high-quality finish.
- Experience adjusting paint gun settings and pressure controls.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment with a moving conveyor system.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Safety Requirements
- Safety shoes and a protective mask are required.
- Safety glasses and coveralls will be provided by the employer.
- Candidates must supply their own safety shoes and mask.
