Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Operate pressure washers, power tools, and hand tools to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, driveways, decks, and other surfaces efficiently and safely
- Prepare work sites by setting up equipment, protecting surrounding areas, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed
- Conduct commercial cleaning tasks including window washing, gutter cleaning, and surface scrubbing with precision and care
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled jobs within designated timeframes while maintaining high quality standards
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service throughout the process
- Lift heavy equipment or materials safely to ensure smooth workflow and prevent injury during operations
Qualifications
- Prior experience with custodial work, facilities maintenance, or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required—training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy outdoor setting
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to equipment use and outdoor work environments

Pay: $24.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 50.0 per week
