The Position
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented to support inventory management, shipping and receiving, and procurement. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role works closely with the project management team, administrative and suppliers to ensure materials are accurately available and properly managed at our facility.
What You’ll Do
· Manage inventory for projects including work orders, sign-outs, returns, transfers, and reporting.
· Coordinate receiving, inspection, documentation, shipping, and delivery activities.
· Conduct monthly physical inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
· Support purchasing and procurement, including order tracking, receiving, verification, and PO reconciliation.
· Identify process gaps and operational issues and help implement improvements.
· Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and other stakeholders.
