As a Regional Sales Manager with Shuttlewagon, a division of Nordco, you will have the unique opportunity to grow fast and shape the future of our company; all the while working with leaders in the manufacturing and railroad industry. In this position, you will have complete control over your territory (Canada), along with the freedom to set your own schedule and support business growth. Our Regional Sales Managers will be tasked with:

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to increase market penetration and expansion.
Develops strong, trusting relationships with present and prospective customers.
Consult customers through surveys and demos, to find the right solution to meet their needs.
Navigate complex organizations and sales cycles, to drive customer engagement.
Provide timely reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
Evaluate self-performance quarterly and annually, based on sales objectives and goals.
Other Job duties as assigned.
Travel 75%

We are looking for Regional Sales Manager professionals with:
Bachelor’s Degree, Sales Training Certifications a plus.
3 years of relevant experience, preferably selling large capital equipment.
Experience in leading a consultative sales process.
Basic computer skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
