About the Position
RAD Olive Hospitality Group is hiring concession attendants for food and beverage operations at:
- Saskatoon Sports Centre
- Saskatoon Kinsmen/Henk Ruys Soccer Centre
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with the public and thrives in a lively sports environment. Concession attendants serve athletes, families, spectators and tournament guests while preparing food, processing payments and keeping the concession organized.
Employees will be part of one shared team and may be scheduled at either facility based on availability, tournaments and operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service
- Take orders and accurately process cash, debit and credit payments
- Prepare and serve concession food and beverages
- Safely operate fryers, warmers, beverage equipment and other concession equipment
- Restock food, beverages, packaging and supplies
- Maintain clean counters, equipment, storage areas and customer spaces
- Follow food-safety, sanitation and workplace-safety procedures
- Monitor product levels and communicate restocking needs
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Assist with tournament service, catered events and special promotions
- Support lounge and kitchen operations when required
- Sell or serve alcoholic beverages only when properly certified and assigned to do so
Qualifications
- Previous concession, restaurant, retail or customer-service experience is an asset
- No previous concession experience is required for applicants with a strong attitude and willingness to learn
- Friendly, dependable and comfortable working with customers
- Able to work efficiently during busy tournament periods
- Comfortable handling payments and using a point-of-sale system
- Able to stand for extended periods and safely perform normal concession lifting
- Able to reliably travel to both Saskatoon facilities
- Available for weekday evening and weekend shifts
- Serve It Right Saskatchewan certification is an asset for employees interested in alcohol-service shifts
Schedule
Concession schedules are based on league games, tournaments, facility bookings and special events. Most shifts will take place during weekday evenings and weekends, with additional hours available during major tournaments.
Applicants should include their general availability, the number of hours they are seeking and whether they are interested in cross-training for lounge, bar or catering shifts.

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
