The Bottle Service position is a vital role within our hospitality team, responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in a lively and dynamic environment. As a Bottle Service staff member, you will ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by delivering drinks and food efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service. Your ability to connect with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, providing prompt and friendly service.
- Take drink and food orders accurately, ensuring all requests are met.
- Serve bottles of alcohol and mixers to guests at their tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Assist with upselling products to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality or restaurant settings, with experience in the food industry preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and cashiering procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Team player mentality, willing to assist colleagues as needed.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Cantonese as a second language is an asset.
