Elliott Construction require an Accountant /Bookkeeper
Preference given to those with Accounting experience / Customer Service
Basic job duties and functions include, but are not limited to the following
Knowledge of standard accounting policies, Simply Accounting / Sage
Knowledge of applicable Federal, Provincial and local regulations and laws pertaining to construction
Ability to administer payroll (Automatic or Manual)
Ability to maintain key filing systems, including financial records
Ability to conduct basic financial analyses
Working knowledge of bank and insurance terminology and processes
Reconciles accounts at the end of the month, or leading up to the end of the month
Knowledge of computer systems and proficient keyboarding sills.

Specific Skills, Send and receive messages, Provide general information to clients and the public
Label, file and retrieve documents, Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries,
Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing, File material in storage area.

- bookkeeping: 3 years (required)
