Wash Dudes Exterior Services is looking for a reliable, hardworking Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our team.
We provide professional exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties, including window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, house washing, and gutter cleaning.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is comfortable working outdoors and at heights, and can represent our company professionally while working at customers homes and businesses.
Previous window cleaning, pressure washing, or exterior cleaning experience is a strong asset, but we are willing to train the right person.
What You'll Be Doing
- Residential and commercial window cleaning
- Using water-fed pole systems for exterior window cleaning
- Traditional window cleaning when required
- Pressure washing
- Soft washing
- House washing
- Gutter cleaning
- Working from ladders and at heights
- Setting up and operating exterior cleaning equipment
- Maintaining clean and organized equipment and work areas
- Travelling between multiple job locations throughout the day
- Working with other crew members to complete jobs safely and efficiently
- Providing professional, friendly service to customers
Requirements
- Valid driver's licence
- Reliable personal vehicle to travel between job locations
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Comfortable using ladders
- Physically capable of performing exterior cleaning work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to show up consistently
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance and attitude around customers
- Able to work independently as well as part of a crew
- Willingness to learn our equipment, systems, and cleaning processes
Experience
Previous experience with any of the following is a strong asset:
- Professional window cleaning
- Water-fed pole systems
- Pressure washing
- Soft washing
- Gutter cleaning
- Exterior property maintenance
- Other exterior home-service or trades experience
Training can be provided to the right candidate.

You should be comfortable working at different properties every day, working from ladders and at heights, and taking responsibility for completing work properly.
