Food Prep & Delivery Team Member (Weekend Position)

Bliss Bakery & Bistro, voted Best Bakery in the Okanagan for 9 consecutive years, is looking for a reliable and energetic team member to join our production kitchen in West Kelowna.
This unique role combines food preparation and local deliveries, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and takes pride in being dependable.
What You'll Be Doing
Approximately 60% of your time will be spent assisting our production team with light food preparation, including:
- Cutting squares, cheesecakes, and baked goods
- Preparing icings and fillings
- Assisting with packaging and production tasks
- Supporting our bakers and kitchen team
The remaining 40% of your time will involve:
- Delivering products to our Peachland retail location
- Delivering catering orders throughout the Central Okanagan
- Ensuring products arrive safely, accurately, and on time
You'll be driving a company-provided Ford Transit van, which is easy and comfortable to operate.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of safe driving experience
- A valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Comfortable starting work at 3:00–4:00 AM
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Previous experience in a bakery, restaurant, commercial kitchen, food production facility, or delivery role is an asset, but not required. We provide comprehensive training and support.
