Area Manager Role Description

What we expect from you:
- Experience in a management position (Restaurant Related and Multi Unit Experience is Preferred Not Required)
o We are more than willing to grow with the right candidate.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate team under yourself
- Excel at task delegation and work planning
- Able to organize, compose, and review daily financial reports for all units
- Manage operational standards at restaurants and restaurant managers
- Oversight of the group wide financial
- Ability to hire, train, develop, and retain for the purposed of team building.
