Automotive Shop Assistant / Apprentice
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist technicians with basic shop tasks
- Shop organization and cleanliness
- Parts pickup and delivery
- Vehicle pickup/drop-off
- Inventory management
- Taking photos of vehicles
- Posting vehicles online
- Delivering flyers to local businesses
- Tracking marketing results
- Answering phones when needed
- Greeting customers
- Learning basic automotive skills
Ideal Candidate
- Interested in cars and the automotive industry
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable speaking with customers
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Mechanically inclined
- Willing to learn automotive repair and shop operations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
