We are seeking a dedicated and professional Concierge to join our weekday concierge team. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and visitors.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling inquiries, managing deliveries, and coordinating services.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Assist residents with various requests and ensure their needs are met promptly.
- Collaborate with building management and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience as a Concierge or in a related customer service role.
- Building management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with a high level of professionalism.
- A customer-first attitude with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
