Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics on vehicles using schematics and technical manuals to identify issues accurately.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively to assemble or disassemble vehicle components.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in heavy lifting tasks as required during vehicle repairs or part replacements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow within the shop.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic with a strong background in automotive repair.
- Excellent mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
- Familiarity with automotive schematics and the use of power tools for repairs.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during repair processes.
- A valid driver's license is preferred; additional certifications in automotive technology are a plus.
