POSITION: General Labourer (Full Time)
WAGE: $17.50/hour plus shift premiums of an extra $0.55/hour (applicable between 6pm-12am) and $0.75/hour (applicable between 12am-6am) and benefits.
SHIFT: Applicants must be flexible to work ALL SHIFTS (days, afternoons, and nights), including weekends and overtime, as needed.
Night shifts run from Sunday - Thursday.
Day and Afternoon shifts run from Monday - Friday.
ALL shifts are 8.5 hours per shift but can be 10-12 hour shifts (overtime) based on need.

Work as part of the production team performing general help duties throughout the facility on all lines.
Ensure line is running properly, paying particular attention to quality.
Working closely with all production team members to ensure product quality.
Ability to maintain a clean and sanitized work area with strong GMP focus.
Must adhere to all Food Safety and Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Skills & Other Requirements
Must be flexible to work all shifts (days, afternoons, nights) including weekends and overtime, as required.
Experience in Machine Operation in a food manufacturing environment considered an asset but not required.
Position requires heavy lifting and repetitive movements.
Quick learner and ability to adapt to new skills and methods quickly and easily.
Forward thinking and ability to problem solve.
Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and must be able to work in a team environment.
Ability to follow directions from Supervisory Staff.
Ideally, 1 year or more of experience in a food manufacturing environment but not required.
