Job Title: Certified Forklift Operator (High Reach / Order Picker)

Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- Hours: 32–40 hours per week
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking certified Forklift Operators with experience on Order Filler / High Rider forklifts to join our warehouse team. This role involves operating powered industrial trucks to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities:
- Operate Order Filler (High Rider) forklifts to pick and move inventory.
- Use RF scanners (Gladiator) and tablets to read and fulfill orders.
- Safely load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Verify SKUs and ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain equipment and report any issues or safety concerns.
- Follow warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid forklift certification for Order Filler / High Rider equipment.
- Experience operating high rider forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to read and understand English.
- Comfortable working on your feet for the entire shift.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions using RF scanners and tablets.
- Must be okay with a variable schedule between 32–40 hours weekly.
