What This Role Really Looks Like
One day, you may be helping a busy family regain control of a chaotic week. Next, you may be supporting a senior who can no longer manage certain tasks on their own. You might help prepare a home for a new baby, reduce stress for someone struggling with their health, or simply provide peace of mind to a client who feels overwhelmed by their home's never-ending to-do list. Our work has a direct impact on people's quality of life. Mandatory Requirements
Due to the nature of our work and the trust our clients place in us, all applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Valid Ontario driver's licence
- Reliable vehicle available for work-related travel
- Clean driving record
- Clean Criminal Record Check
- Ability to travel to client homes throughout the North Bay and surrounding areas
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of performing the duties of a professional cleaner
Assets (Not Required)
- Experience in professional cleaning
- PSW, nursing, healthcare, social work, or mental health backgrounds
- Experience supporting seniors or vulnerable populations
- Customer service experience
