We are looking for a sharp, operations-minded Technical Project Coordinator / Contract Tech Lead for a 4-month contract (Sept – Dec) to help manage and scale our sub-contractor network across Canada.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Sub-Contractor QA & Support: Act as the technical point of contact for our network of 3rd-party installers.
Workflow Optimization: Work alongside our Admin/Operations team to maintain scheduling, dispatch efficiency, and partner compliance.
Live Remote Support: Help field technicians troubleshoot network connectivity, wiring specs, and display mounts in real-time.
Quality Assurance: Review photo sign-offs, serial number logs, and completion reports before final client handoff.
Who We’re Looking For:
Background: 2+ years in commercial AV installation, field service, or technical project coordination.
Technical Chops: Solid understanding of commercial audio, media players, low-voltage wiring, and basic network setup.
Communication: Clear, direct, and patient when guiding field technicians through on-site hiccups.
Mindset: Highly organized, calm under pressure, and obsessed with project delivery standards.
Role Details:
Duration: 4-Month Contract (Sept 1, 2026 – Dec 31, 2026)
Hours: Full-Time (~35 hrs/week)
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
Pay: From $28.00 per hour
