Shift: 11:00am to 7:30pm
Pay Rate: $16.50
Ensure that all drivers are assigned to correct terminals.
Supervise 25 drivers.
Check the number of pick-ups needing to be assigned to drivers.
During the day, assign unscheduled pick-ups to drivers according to their respective territories.
Enter drivers' names and destinations on dispatch sheet.
Contact clients as required.
Meet with drivers regarding disciplinary measures, work accidents, and job evaluation.
Set up drivers' schedules according to clients.
Meet with AM dispatcher at the beginning of every shift in order to ensure continuity following his/her departure.
Manages 200 to 280 pick-ups per day for Toronto.

2 years experience in employee supervision and dispatching.
Bilingualism - English & French is an asset
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good geographical knowledge of the Montreal area
Ability to work under pressure
