Job Summary

The Bilingual French Team Lead will be supervising their team and effectively manage and maintain productivity while providing on-going agent development for our Consumer Relations program.

The ideal candidate will be driven, organized and have an unstoppable attitude.

Salary: $16/hr + $2/hr Language Premium

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Outlook applications.
  • Ability to operate general office equipment.
  • Ability to speak read and write English and French.

Work from Home- Must have internet service with a minimum of 25 megs, homeowner/ content insurance and a quiet place to work
