Make an impact with our Solution Delivery team as a Business Applications Specialist. This diverse team of professionals effectively drives change and successful outcomes while ensuring activities remain on track, on scope and within budget. As a trusted advisor, you will develop, enable and support initiatives that allow MNP to deliver client service and operate reliably and efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, business stakeholders, and IT teams to support organizational objectives
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, resolve critical issues, and drive effective technology solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation, knowledge resources, and issue tracking to ensure effective support and service delivery
- Coordinate and deliver system updates, training sessions, communications, and change management activities to support user adoption
- Identify opportunities for automation, integrations, and process improvements
- Stay informed on emerging technologies, market trends, and vendor product roadmaps to support continuous improvement
- Collaborate with business and IT leadership to plan and prioritize project requests, releases, and system changes
- Manage and execute operational projects within the portfolio and support the transition of process ownership from implementation to ongoing operations
- Support the effective management of software licensing, reporting, and vendor contracts to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
Skills and Experience
- Strong knowledge of business processes, financial services, bookkeeping, and payroll, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Proven experience with cloud-based applications and SaaS for accounting and financial management
- Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations with strong customer mindset
- Project management exposure in delivering technology solutions across multiple service lines
- Excellent communication skills for creating clear, engaging content for internal communications and training
- Experience in developing training programs, conducting sessions, and knowledge base oversight
- Understanding of change management and leading teams through technology and process adoption
- Experience managing software licensing, ensuring compliance, and conducting audits
- Familiarity with software development, Agile methodologies, and ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) would be an asset
- Experience with ServiceNow is an asset
