We are looking for an experienced carpenter (journeyman red seal is an asset but not required) to join our growing construction team. What You'll Do
As a Carpenter, you will:
Supervise other apprentice carpenters
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
Perform framing, concrete forming, and structural carpentry.
Install doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, decks, and other finish carpentry components.
Install vinyl and metal siding.
Complete restoration, renovation, and repair projects.
Perform roofing, drywall, caulking and finishing work.
Assist with material planning and construction estimating when required.
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all company safety policies.
We're looking for someone who has:
3-5 years of carpentry experience
Experience with ICF foundations, framing, and post frame construction is strongly preferred
Strong blueprint reading and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Class 5 Driver's License
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
