We're Hiring!
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Junior Hairstylist / Salon Assistant to join our growing salon team in Yorkville, Toronto.
This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of salon experience who is confident working independently when needed while also supporting senior stylists in delivering exceptional client experiences.
What you'll do on your own:
- Apply color and treatment products to clients' hair
- Mix and prepare color formulas
- Perform blowouts
- Perform basic cuts
- Handle clients independently when the senior stylist is unavailable
What you'll do assisting the senior stylist:
- Help with shampooing, prepping, and color application
- Clean and maintain stations and salon areas
- General support during client services
- Restock and organize supplies
What we need:
- At least 1 year of salon experience (or equivalent supervised client work)
- Comfortable performing the tasks above without direct supervision
- Good with people, reliable, flexible schedule (weekends included)
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
