The University of Ottawa will be offering an on-campus COVID-19 testing centre beginning in early fall 2020.
There are several positions which need to be filled:
- Medical clerk
- Registered nurse
- Testing personnel trained in swabbing procedures
- Specialized housekeeping
- Runners / various support workers
Some opportunities are part-time and some are full-time.

Required qualifications vary by position.
- Medical clerk: experience providing administrative support in a clinic or a medical environment
- Registered Nurse (RN): a licence to practice from the College of Registered Nurses of Ontario or equivalent
- Swabbing personnel: RN, RPN (Registered Practical Nurse) or RT (Respiratory Technician)

Various contracts available until December 2020, with possibility of renewal. Options for part-time contracts are available.
