We’re currently looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Financial Services Manager (F&I Manager) to join our growing dealership family.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, building trust, and creating a positive customer experience while assisting with vehicle financing and protection options.
Help customers secure financing and leasing options that fit their needs
Clearly explain finance and protection products in a transparent and customer-focused way
Work with lending partners to obtain competitive approvals and rates
Complete finance paperwork accurately and efficiently
Support the sales team in delivering an exceptional customer experience
Maintain compliance with all dealership and industry regulations
Build long-term relationships with customers through professionalism and care
Previous automotive F&I or dealership experience is preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Honest, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Valid driver’s license required
